    Coming Soon--Entry level. Respond to questions from the general public, collect and enter Census form data via computer. Training provided.

    Service Quality Assurance Monitor
    Coming Soon--Oversee SQA programs, monitor site teams, assign workloads, compile data, trending reports and audits.


Phoenix, AZ Paper Data Capture Center

This Center will process 40% of the forms collected during the 2010 Census.

 

Dates for Interviews and Hiring
Hiring for most production positions will occur from November 2009 through January 2010.

    Provides administrative support for the Human Resource Department

    Provides administrative support for the Human Resource Department as well as interfacing with applicants and employees.

    Operations Representative
    Actively recruiting now -- Assist management with projects, provide operational insight to teams.

    Senior Workforce Management Analyst
    Actively Recruiting Now -- Lead workforce management activities for the call center using Aspect eWorkforce Management v7.1 software or related software (Blue Pumpkin, IEX, TCS, etc). Establish overall staffing needs for call center and monitor efficient scheduling for shift bids, capacity planning, volume forecasting and effective use of available staff.
